Wiz is a fast-growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. The company recently became part of Google, combining its capabilities with Google's Threat Intelligence and Security Operations.
As a Renewals Manager, you will play a critical role in Wiz's customer retention and expansion strategy. You will manage the quote-to-close process for contract renewals, working 120–90 days in advance of renewal due dates. Your responsibilities include:
• Achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue goals tied to retention, growth, and term extension of existing customer contracts
• Partnering with the Customer Success team to assess customer health and recommend appropriate renewal solutions
• Maintaining and reporting accurate forecasts of renewals within your assigned book of business
• Managing the renewal process for multiple commercial customers concurrently while maintaining organization at scale
• Identifying "at-risk" renewal clients before renewal dates and escalating to appropriate team members to mitigate contraction and churn
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to identify and close joint opportunities
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Legal and Deals Desk as needed
• Recommending and contributing to process improvements
You will work independently and as part of a team in an entrepreneurial environment, with a customer-first approach and strong business acumen.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience
• Proven track record of success and over-achievement of renewal quota in previous positions
• Experience in SaaS revenue organizations (Sales, Customer Success Management, or prior renewals team experience)
• Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models; ability to learn Wiz's offerings and pricing with agility
• Familiarity with systems: Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, ChurnZero
• Confidence and ability to navigate customer and partner renewal processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment
• Legal right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship
