Rubrik is hiring a Renewals Account Manager for Strategic Accounts to own the subscription renewal lifecycle for the company's largest and most complex customers in the US region. This is a high-touch, strategic role focused on retention and revenue growth across a dedicated portfolio of strategic accounts. You will be the primary owner responsible for executing renewals 180–240 days ahead of expiration, ensuring timely execution and maximizing customer outcomes. Key responsibilities include proactively engaging with customer executives and channel partners to assess renewal risks and negotiate complex contract terms; conducting mandatory internal account reviews for high-ACV renewals in alignment with Field Sales and executive leadership; developing tailored renewal proposals and pricing models while navigating commercial negotiations to maximize revenue and margin; identifying and resolving friction points during the renewal cycle in partnership with Customer Success; and maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts, and renewal sentiment data to provide management with strategic insights. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to achieve renewal goals. The role requires strong executive presence, expert negotiation skills, and the ability to orchestrate internal resources effectively. Required qualifications: 5+ years in high-touch renewals, account management, or strategic sales with a proven track record managing complex, multi-million-dollar contracts. You must demonstrate executive acumen and the ability to build relationships with and communicate complex commercial terms to senior-level stakeholders.
