Salary: EUR/PLN 3,700 - 24,300 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead resolution and resolvability reporting frameworks across key operating entities. This role serves as the subject matter expert for core EU resolution deliverables within Revolut's Finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing end-to-end production, governance, and timely filing of EU resolution deliverables for the consolidated group (holdings, credit, investments)
- Owning primary regulatory reporting obligations with precise, compliant reporting (EBA RESOL 1 and 2, MREL/TLAC reporting, SRB, EOVC frameworks)
- Navigating complex data nuances across multi-entity regimes, balancing bank capital rules (CRR II/BRRD II) with investment firm requirements (IFR/IFD)
- Collaborating with Treasury to forecast and monitor MREL/TLAC capacity, ensuring eligible liabilities and deduction rules are accurately reported
- Leading SRB dry-run exercises and valuation preparedness, refining bail-in playbooks for operational readiness
- Acting as key liaison for National Resolution Authorities, the SRB, and audit teams on MREL and resolution reporting matters
- Advancing scalable automation and robust controls for data pipelines, including XBRL taxonomy updates across EU returns
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years in regulatory/resolution reporting, treasury, or regulatory advisory within an EU bank, investment firm, or Big 4 consultancy
- Expertise in EU Resolution Frameworks (BRRD II, SRB expectations, EBA ITS on resolution reporting, IFR/IFD)
- Proven track record delivering EBA RESOL 1, EBA RESOL 2, MREL/TLAC, MBDT, and EOVC submissions
- Technical fluency in regulatory taxonomies, XBRL reporting engines, and data model architectures
- Exceptional stakeholder management with direct SRB, NRA, and executive engagement experience
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
- Ability to interpret regulation and develop processes for new reports
- Independent self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills in diverse environments
- Project and people management background
Nice-to-have skills include SQL, Python, automated regulatory tools (Axiom), SRB resolvability assessment experience, and regulatory policy familiarity.
