Revolut is a fintech super app serving 75+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Finance team provides strategic clarity and risk assessment across the organization. You will lead end-to-end production, governance, and timely filing of EU resolution deliverables for Revolut's consolidated group, including holdings, credit, and investments. As the subject matter expert for core EU resolution frameworks, you'll own primary regulatory reporting obligations (EBA RESOL 1 and 2, MREL/TLAC reporting, SRB, EOVC frameworks) and ensure precise, compliant submissions. Key responsibilities include navigating complex data nuances across multi-entity regimes, balancing bank capital rules (CRR II/BRRD II) with investment firm requirements (IFR/IFD). You'll collaborate with Treasury to forecast and monitor MREL/TLAC capacity, ensuring eligible liabilities and deduction rules are accurately reported across the holding company and subsidiaries. You'll lead SRB dry-run exercises, refine bail-in playbooks, and serve as the primary liaison for National Resolution Authorities, the SRB, and audit teams. You'll advance scalable automation and robust controls for data pipelines, including XBRL taxonomy updates across EU returns. This role requires 8+ years in regulatory/resolution reporting, treasury, or regulatory advisory within an EU bank, investment firm, or Big 4 consultancy. You need deep expertise in EU Resolution Frameworks, proven track record delivering complex regulatory submissions, technical fluency in XBRL and data architectures, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Background in project and people management is essential. Nice-to-haves include SQL/Python proficiency, SRB resolvability assessment experience, and familiarity with regulatory policy or complex finance transformation programmes.
