Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead compliance with regulatory reporting obligations in Lithuania. This role sits within the Finance team, which drives clarity and confidence across the organization through accounting, risk assessment, and strategic support.
You will serve as the local expert for regulatory reporting compliance, interfacing with the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), Deposit and Investment Insurance (IID), and the Bank of Lithuania (BOL). Key responsibilities include analyzing new and updated regulatory mandates and translating them into technical and data specifications; conducting system reviews to identify control gaps and inefficiencies; developing comprehensive business requirement documents and functional specifications; overseeing end-to-end implementation of reporting solutions; collaborating with cross-functional teams, external auditors, and regulators; documenting regulatory workflows and data lineage; investigating data quality anomalies; and identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
You will need 3+ years of financial business analysis experience with a focus on regulatory reporting, direct exposure to Lithuanian regulatory frameworks, and native-level fluency in Lithuanian to interact confidently with local authorities. English fluency is required for international collaboration. Technical skills include proficiency in SQL and data querying tools, solid understanding of data modeling concepts, and core business analysis methodologies. You should demonstrate sharp analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships, meticulous attention to detail, and self-motivation to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with regulatory reporting software, knowledge of banking products and operations, familiarity with process re-engineering and automation, and project management experience or certification.
