Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join its Finance team, which drives clarity and confidence across the organization through accounting, risk assessment, and strategic support. This role is critical to ensuring Revolut meets its regulatory obligations to local authorities.
You will oversee the accurate production and timely submission of regulatory reports across capital, liquidity, and financial resilience pillars. Key responsibilities include optimizing control and governance systems with clear documentation for regulatory submissions, ensuring all reporting requirements are met within deadlines with the highest standards of accuracy and completeness, and reviewing and challenging data inputs and outputs to ensure consistent preparation and disclosure of regulatory information.
You will explain complex regulatory concepts and requirements—including capital calculations, ratios, and workings—to key stakeholders in a professional manner. The role involves reviewing and evaluating new and changing reporting rules, supporting the review and implementation of new products (including their reporting requirements and impact on key metrics like capital and liquidity ratios), and executing detailed quality checks and validation processes to ensure submitted reports meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience as a regulatory reporting manager in a bank or other regulated financial services entity, with specific knowledge of regulatory requirements for UAE financial institutions (CBUAE, DFSA, ADGM, SCA). You must have impressive analytical and numerical skills with a proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory text to operational reporting. You should be a self-starter, independent worker, well-organized, capable of meeting tight regulatory deadlines, and possess impeccable attention to detail.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with data warehouses, SQL queries, and reporting solutions, as well as a proven ability to successfully adapt to, identify, drive, and implement change. Revolut values diversity and encourages applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
