Salary: EUR 3,700 - 5,000 / monthly

Revolut is a global fintech company with 75+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The Finance team ensures compliance, manages risk, and drives strategic growth across the organization. As Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be the local expert for regulatory reporting compliance in Lithuania, working with the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), Deposit and Investment Insurance (IID), and the Bank of Lithuania (BOL). You'll analyze new and updated regulatory mandates, translating them into technical and data specifications. Your responsibilities include conducting system reviews to identify control gaps and inefficiencies, developing comprehensive business requirement documents and functional specifications, and overseeing end-to-end implementation of reporting solutions. You will collaborate with IT and Data teams on testing and implementation, work with internal cross-functional teams, external auditors, and regulators, and document regulatory reporting workflows and data lineage. You'll investigate and resolve data quality anomalies in regulatory reports and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. Required qualifications: 3+ years of financial business analysis experience with focus on regulatory reporting; direct exposure to Lithuanian regulatory frameworks; native-level Lithuanian fluency to interact confidently with local authorities; fluent English; excellent communication skills; proficiency in SQL and data querying tools with solid data modeling knowledge; sharp analytical mind to translate complex legal matters into practical solutions; understanding of business analysis principles and documentation tools; ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships; meticulous attention to detail; and self-motivation to work independently and manage tight deadlines. Nice-to-have skills include experience with regulatory reporting software, knowledge of banking products and operations, familiarity with process re-engineering and automation, and project management experience or certification.
