Salary: PLN 15,300 - 24,300 / monthly

Revolut is a fintech super app serving 75+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Finance team provides clarity and confidence across the organization, assessing risk, guiding decisions, and driving growth. As Branch Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will lead the production, review, and management of regulatory reports for Revolut's branch network. This role combines data management, analysis, and regulatory expertise to ensure accurate and timely submissions to financial authorities. Key responsibilities include: - Producing and reviewing branch regulatory reports, including statistical returns and local regulatory requirements - Supporting branch activity and defining processes for regulatory report submission - Assessing, developing, and maintaining controls, documentation, and change management for reporting functions (both automated and manual) - Communicating data issues with appropriate stakeholders and monitoring resolution - Staying current on evolving regulatory requirements and assessing compliance impact - Collaborating with the Accounting team to ensure consistency between financial and regulatory reporting - Maintaining relationships with central banking authorities and responding to regulatory queries You will need 4+ years in compliance or reporting at a regulated financial institution, or equivalent Big 4 consulting/audit experience in financial services. Polish regulatory experience is essential. Strong analytical and numerical skills, ability to interpret complex regulations, and excellent organizational abilities are critical. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a diverse, international environment. Nice-to-have qualifications include IFRS expertise, proficiency with regulatory reporting software (Adenza/Axiom), regulatory policy familiarity, and knowledge of IT platform change initiatives.
