Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support its EU resolution and regulatory compliance operations. The role focuses on compiling, reconciling, and validating regulatory resolution data across Revolut's EU group structure, including its HoldCo, banking entities, and investment firm.
Key responsibilities include populating and validating EU resolution reporting templates (EBA RESOL 1, EBA RESOL 2, MBDT, EOVC) for multiple entities; extracting, line-by-line checking, and reconciling liability data, eligible debt instruments, and own funds components for MREL/TLAC compliance; and partnering with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure accurate source data collection and mapping.
You will maintain procedural documentation, mapping logic, data dictionaries, and audit trails for resolution returns. The role also involves assisting senior management with SRB dry-run testing, valuation capabilities exercises, and resolution planning requests. You'll identify workflow efficiencies and partner with data engineering teams to automate XBRL/EBA taxonomy mapping and resolve data quality flags.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, risk, or finance within an EU financial institution or Big 4 consultancy; in-depth knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (BRRD II, CRR II, EBA standards, IFR/IFD); familiarity with EBA RESOL 1/2, MREL, or SRB reporting templates; high proficiency in Excel and data manipulation; and ability to manage complex group structures and competing regulatory deadlines.
Nice-to-have skills include SQL, Python, or regulatory reporting engines (Axiom, Workiva, Power BI); XBRL tagging and EBA validation rules knowledge; and familiarity with bank and investment firm balance sheet structures.
