The Legal team at Revolut partners across the organization to provide practical, sharp advice that enables fast growth while maintaining compliance and protection. You will join the growing legal team in France as a Regulatory Legal Counsel, advising on compliance and legal issues surrounding financial products.
In this role, you will have significant responsibility and a unique breadth of work for an in-house position, with substantial commercial involvement in Revolut's development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring new and existing credit products in payments and banking
- Draft customer-facing legal documents for credit products
- Help structure and expand credit features while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
- Provide leadership while also executing hands-on legal work
- Handle complex legal matters with tight turnaround times
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant retail legal experience
- Excellent academic credentials and law firm background
- Experience advising on financial regulations in France
- Sound judgment and composure under pressure
- Ability to make decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
