The Regulatory Compliance Manager will join the Compliance team, which blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining prudential regulatory frameworks across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight on prudential compliance obligations across business operations
- Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping and gap analysis
- Developing, challenging, and implementing prudential policies from scratch
- Building and maintaining a robust, company-wide prudential training and competency program
- Conducting horizon scanning for relevant regulatory changes across geographies
- Reviewing and challenging first-line-of-defense incident reviews to ensure effective remediation
- Proactively identifying regulatory issues and recommending solutions to promote compliance
This is a hands-on role requiring deep regulatory knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external regulators. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-moving digital environment and help shape the future of fintech compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role (consultancy, compliance function, or regulator)
- Expertise in prudential-related obligations including DORA, outsourcing, PRA Handbook, TPRM, CRR, and related frameworks
- University degree in STEM, business, or finance
- Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with policy creation and implementation processes
- Understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage positively with internal teams and regulators
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Fluency in English
