Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual

As an RN Team Lead, you will manage daily operations of a US-based nursing team while providing limited direct clinical care. You will oversee team performance, ensure compliance with clinical standards and SLAs, and drive operational initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing direct reports and team operations, including recruitment, training, and mentoring
- Addressing clinical and administrative concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring staff coverage
- Monitoring and managing team performance against KPI goals and Twin Service outcomes
- Developing, organizing, and communicating nursing/team policies and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as subject matter expert on initiatives
- Collecting data and insights from frontline staff to inform decisions
- Providing clinical guidance and support to members, including lab reviews and medication management oversight
- Generating and analyzing reports to identify trends and areas of concern
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality per federal law and company policy
You will report to nurse management and work within an interdisciplinary care team including nurses, health coaches, providers, and operations staff. The role requires comfort with technology, data analysis, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role (unit or clinic supervisor, charge nurse, preceptor, or other management area)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing (required)
- Comfort and enthusiasm for adopting latest technologies and integrating data in patient care
- Demonstrated ability to manage large caseloads and work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with internet navigation and multi-tasking across multiple electronic documentation systems and business tools (Google, Slack, etc.)
- Comfort with ambiguity and change
