Hyperbolic Labs is building an Open-Access AI Cloud that democratizes AI by making better use of idle computing resources globally, offering a GPU marketplace and AI inference service. The company is scaling from ~30 to ~70-100 employees over the next 6-12 months and seeks a hands-on Head of Talent to lead this growth. In this player-coach role reporting to the founders and leadership team, you will own the complete recruiting function and build a scalable talent engine. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and take ownership from strategy through execution. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of recruiting experience, including ownership of a recruiting function in a high-growth company. - Successfully hired technical talent across infrastructure, distributed systems, AI/ML, cloud, or developer tools. - Built or meaningfully improved recruiting processes, systems, and metrics. - Ability to understand complex technology and engage credibly with senior technical candidates. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience at a neocloud, hyperscaler, AI lab, GPU cloud, or infrastructure company. - Experience as the first or early Talent hire at a venture-backed startup. - Strong network across AI and infrastructure talent.
