Cyberhaven is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast (Atlanta or Florida) to build and scale the company's enterprise sales presence in the region. Cyberhaven is an AI-native data security platform company that provides data lineage technology tracing the full lifecycle of enterprise data across endpoints, browsers, SaaS, and cloud environments. The company is a market leader in DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and DSPM (Data Security Posture Management), with a $250M funding round backed by Khosla and Redpoint.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing enterprise security sales team, including Account Executives and Enterprise Systems Engineers. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing end-user opportunities, driving channel partner enablement, and recruiting/developing your sales organization. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing regional sales strategy to exceed quarterly and annual objectives; building and maintaining C-level executive relationships within Key Accounts; structuring and winning large, complex multi-product deals across Cyberhaven's platform (DLP, Insider Risk, Data Detection & Response, AI data security); coaching the team in solution-based sales processes; managing account/territory/opportunity planning and forecasting; developing channel partner relationships at the executive level; and maintaining a 180-day rolling forecast with 6-12 month pipeline visibility.
You will work cross-functionally with Product & Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams. The role requires deep expertise in SaaS and cloud selling economics, competitive landscape analysis, and the ability to rapidly learn emerging technologies. This is a high-growth environment where you'll shape the future of data security alongside leaders from CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, and Google.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience selling cybersecurity software (DLP, IRM, CASB, or adjacent data security categories)
- Experience selling multi-product security platforms with land-and-expand strategy capability
- Demonstrated track record exceeding sales objectives leading enterprise security and networking sales teams
- Proven ability building and driving sales teams executing land-and-expand strategies in Global 2000 accounts
- Demonstrated competence engaging and developing value-based relationships with C-level executives
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, including second-line management of strategic software (preferably Key Account SaaS) teams
- Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Strategic Selling)
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth software companies
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Located in Atlanta or Florida
