Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive adoption of Beacon HST (home sleep testing) across the Midwest territory, including Illinois, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri. This role reports to the National Vice President of Clinical Sales and does not manage direct reports initially. You will own full territory performance including pipeline creation, deal progression, revenue attainment, and forecast accuracy. Success requires selling into complex clinical environments—sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems, and multi-site clinical organizations—and influencing diagnostic pathways to establish Beacon as a standard-of-care alternative to legacy solutions. Key responsibilities include: driving new business and account expansion; translating EEG-based diagnostics and workflow advantages into clear value propositions for physicians, administrators, and technical stakeholders; maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene in Zoho; developing relationships with sleep physicians, pulmonologists, neurologists, technical directors, and executive decision-makers; executing product demonstrations and supporting clinical validation; attending regional and national conferences for lead generation and KOL identification; and partnering cross-functionally with Clinical Enablement, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, and Logistics to support onboarding, utilization, and retention. You must maintain HIPAA compliance and demonstrate consistent quota attainment, competitive displacement, multi-site account growth, and regional KOL development. Required: 7+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience; 4+ years in sleep diagnostics, cardiopulmonary diagnostics, neurology-adjacent diagnostics, or closely related clinical markets; proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in field-based territory roles; demonstrated ability to sell into complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles; strong clinical curiosity and ability to explain diagnostic differentiation clearly.
