Jukebox Health is a venture-backed healthcare services company (backed by Valtruis and The Home Depot) that empowers older adults and high-needs populations to live safer, healthier, more independent lives at home. The company combines technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers to deliver personalized home modifications and environmental supports nationwide.
You will join as a Regional Project Manager reporting to the VP of Operations, serving as the second PM in the Ohio market. This hybrid role blends project management with network development and quality assurance across residential home modification installations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Project Management**: Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations. Coordinate between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
**Network Development & Management**: Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of qualified service providers throughout your region. Establish quality standards and ensure consistent service delivery across all contractors. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.
**Quality Assurance & Client Experience**: Conduct on-site quality inspections and assessments throughout your region. Implement corrective actions when installations don't meet standards. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues.
You'll directly improve quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to remain safely and independently in their homes. Every project has the potential to prevent falls, reduce hospitalizations, and preserve dignity and autonomy.
Required qualifications: 3+ years construction field work (residential construction preferred), 5+ years residential management experience, and experience with home modifications (bathrooms, ramps, etc.). Must reside in Ohio with ability to travel 50% of the time within the state and work from home the remainder of the week.
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000/year plus company equity. Benefits include generous health/vision/dental, HSA, disability insurance, 401(k) immediately upon hire, unlimited PTO + 10 paid holidays, $1,000 work-from-home stipend, and frequent team off-sites.
