Jukebox Health is a venture-backed healthcare services company on a mission to empower older adults and high-needs populations to live safer, healthier, more independent lives at home. The company partners with health plans to deliver personalized home modifications and environmental supports nationwide, combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers. You will join as a Regional Project Manager in the Ohio market, reporting to the VP of Operations. This is the second PM role in the region and offers a unique blend of project management and network development responsibilities. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end project management for home modification installations (bathrooms, ramps, accessibility features), coordinating between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards. You will also recruit, onboard, and develop a network of qualified service providers throughout your region, establish quality standards, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and support. Quality assurance is critical: you'll conduct on-site inspections, implement corrective actions when installations fall short, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues. Your work directly improves quality of life for vulnerable populations, preventing falls, reducing hospitalizations, and preserving dignity and autonomy. Required qualifications: 3+ years construction field work (residential preferred), 5+ years residential management experience, and familiarity with home modifications. Must reside in Ohio with ability to travel 50% of the time within the state and work from home the remainder of the week. Compensation includes $80,000–$90,000 annually plus company equity, comprehensive health/vision/dental coverage, HSA, disability and life insurance, 401(k) immediate eligibility, unlimited PTO plus 10 paid holidays, $1,000 work-from-home stipend, and frequent team off-sites.
