Nozomi Networks is seeking a Regional Program and Engagement Manager for the Middle East and Africa region. This role oversees the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements across the MEA region, combining customer engagement, program management, and delivery governance. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customer engagements ranging from small to complex deployments, ensuring delivery aligns with customer expectations, scope, budget, and timelines. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, fostering trusted relationships and driving high customer satisfaction. You will lead project planning, execution, governance, and delivery activities while adhering to Professional Services methodologies and quality standards. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and proactively addressing issues. You will facilitate regular project status meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications, providing clear visibility into project health, milestones, risks, and next steps. Collaboration is essential—you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Technical Delivery teams, and Partners to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You will monitor project scope, deliverables, and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment between customer requirements and execution. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, supporting adoption, driving positive feedback, and contributing to expansion opportunities. You will manage customer training coordination and operational activities, support operational excellence through project administration and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of Professional Services processes and offerings. Required qualifications: 5–7 years of project or program management experience within cybersecurity, enterprise software, IT services, or Professional Services. Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects throughout the full lifecycle. Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent customer engagement and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with ability to influence cross-functional teams. High accountability and attention to detail. Adaptability and resilience in changing environments. Ability to understand customer technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Training coordination and operational management experience. Expert use of MS Office Suite and CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
