Anduril Industries, a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion, is seeking an experienced Regional Physical Security Lead for its Southern California operations. This role provides strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all physical security operations across multiple Anduril facilities in the SoCal region, reporting to the Security Operations leadership. Key responsibilities include: providing strategic direction for physical security functions across multiple sites; overseeing contracted security guard forces and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs; conducting comprehensive physical security assessments of all facilities, including access control, perimeter security, CCTV, alarm systems, and visitor management; identifying regional security risks and developing mitigation strategies; managing the regional physical security budget; supporting crisis management and incident investigations; and ensuring compliance with Anduril's global security standards and relevant regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for physical security in the region, building strong relationships with site leadership, facilities, EHS, legal, HR, and external agencies including local law enforcement. The role requires evaluating and implementing physical security technologies, fostering a resilient security culture, and enabling Anduril to operate confidently in a dynamic environment.
