Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 / annual
CLEAR is building a secure identity platform transforming how people live, work, and travel. The Regional People Partner serves as the key connective tissue between Airport Operations leaders and their teams across a designated region.
In this role, you'll be the go-to People Partner for Operations leaders, providing strategic HR guidance on complex issues before they escalate. You'll coach and develop station leaders and managers through targeted training, meaningful feedback, and consistent support. You'll own employee and labor relations across multiple airport stations, conducting investigations, identifying root causes, and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes in collaboration with Legal.
You'll translate employee data, survey insights, and frontline feedback into actionable recommendations for leadership. You'll partner with People and Operations teams on major initiatives including onboarding, process improvements, and standardizing People practices across all stations in your region.
Success is measured by reducing repeat employee relations issues and accelerating resolution quality, improving engagement and retention metrics across airport teams, ensuring leaders actively implement training and programs you develop, and maintaining consistent People processes at every station.
You'll need 5+ years of HR or People Business Partner experience, with proven success supporting hourly and frontline teams and handling complex employee relations matters. You must build trust quickly with operational leaders, coach them through difficult decisions with good judgment and empathy, and translate data and employee feedback into concrete action. You'll manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment while communicating clearly across all levels. This is an in-operation role based at Denver International Airport with anticipated travel up to 50%.
