OneTrust is seeking a Regional People Operations Specialist to serve as a Tier 2 escalation point within the People Operations function. This role bridges Tier 1 service delivery and strategic HR partners, ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes with emphasis on compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include managing complex, regionally nuanced People matters with appropriate local context while maintaining global standards. The specialist will serve as a trusted partner to HRBPs, Country Partners, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting performance management, employee relations, and regional operations.
The role encompasses escalation management for sensitive People Operations issues, ensuring timely and compliant resolution. You will manage regionally specific employee lifecycle processes, partner cross-functionally on People initiatives, and support performance management and employee relations execution including performance improvement actions and organizational changes.
Additionally, the specialist will act as an operational advisor to HRBPs and Country Partners, providing guidance on processes, policies, and regional requirements. The role includes supporting Talent Acquisition operations by contributing to recruiting processes, systems, and data integrity, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless candidate-to-employee transitions.
Process optimization is a key component, with responsibility for identifying trends, inefficiencies, and operational gaps impacting service delivery. You will contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable solutions in partnership with Global People Operations, HRIS, and IT teams. The role also ensures alignment of regional operations with global standards and compliance requirements, maintaining rigor in documentation, timelines, and execution standards.
