Constructor is an AI-first search and product discovery platform built specifically for enterprise ecommerce. The company generates $10M+ revenue lifts for major brands including Sephora, Petco, home24, and Birkenstock by optimizing for ecommerce metrics like conversion rate and profit.
As Regional Partnerships Manager for UK and DACH regions, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling Constructor's partner ecosystem. This is a strategic business development role focused on identifying, developing, and managing key relationships with Systems Integrators (SIs), agencies, and ISVs/tech partners to drive revenue and expand market reach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain deep understanding of the ecommerce tech and ISV landscape in the region
- Identify and execute go-to-market strategies with partners
- Partner with regional sales leadership to define and execute growth plans
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships within the ecosystem
- Identify, develop, and manage key executive relationships to drive successful client implementations
- Own the onboarding, activation, and development of partners
- Contribute to company growth by achieving strategic partnership goals, including partner-sourced and influenced revenue
- Work effectively across internal teams and lead through influence
You will need strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of the ecommerce implementation landscape and SI business models. This role is instrumental in enabling successful client deployments and fostering collaborative engagements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing, launching, and scaling go-to-market motions with Systems Integrators and ISV partners in UK and DACH regions
- Experience working with SIs specializing in ecommerce implementations
- Strong network and senior-level contacts within the ecommerce space
- Prior experience managing executive relationships and driving activation and engagement
