As Regional Operations Manager for Poland, the Baltics, and Finland at FlixBus, you will own end-to-end operational performance of the transport network across this diverse, multi-country region. You will define and execute the regional operations strategy in alignment with Flix's broader business objectives, serving as the senior operational authority for the region.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own and drive operational performance, ensuring transport services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards across all markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport partners, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and service resilience
