Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 / annual
Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the financial health and operational success of locations within an assigned region. This role combines financial stewardship, operational excellence, and business development responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and achieving regional operating plans, budgets, and reforecasts
- Monitoring regional financial and operational results to ensure profitability of existing locations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through open communication and proactive problem-solving
- Managing budget discrepancies, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring contract compliance
- Leading client satisfaction and retention initiatives, including feedback analysis and facility audits
- Driving new business growth through the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and onboarding
- Growing existing accounts by identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Mentoring subordinates, implementing development plans, and fostering a culture of professional growth
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years managing multiple locations, stores, or properties
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding budgets, developing new business, and building client relationships
- Strong financial analysis skills, including budget management and KPI understanding
- Contract negotiation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, parking industry experience, and familiarity with budgeting software, Salesforce, or P&L review systems.
