Salary: USD 225,000 - 250,000 / annual
Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the next generation of energy-efficient compute platforms. The company owns and operates the full stack from power generation through cloud services to support large-scale AI workloads.
As Regional Manager of Project Controls, you will lead project controls and cost management across multiple concurrent large-scale construction projects supporting Crusoe's rapidly expanding AI and energy infrastructure platform. This is a dual-level role: you'll drive execution-level accountability on individual projects while also establishing program-wide governance, standardization, and best practices.
You will manage a team of cost managers and project controls professionals responsible for monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, change and risk management, pay application review, and client billing. You'll assess cost and schedule health across your assigned area or program, identifying trends and risks early. Your insights will inform senior leadership and client decisions through clear, data-driven reporting.
Key responsibilities include: leading area-level oversight across multiple projects; standardizing cost management, scheduling, change management, and risk processes; managing team performance and external vendor relationships; developing financial and schedule performance dashboards; and partnering cross-functionally with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams.
You bring 12+ years of project controls and construction cost management experience, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects at area or program scale. You have advanced financial and analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and proven leadership of teams and external vendors. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field is required. You thrive in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments and can translate complex data into actionable insights.
