Hims & Hers, a leading public health and wellness platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking a Regional Learning Manager to lead learning and development strategy across its West Region operations, including Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, you will own a regional portfolio of sites, build and develop a high-performing learning team, and drive network-wide programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing learning strategies aligned to business objectives; leading, mentoring, and developing a team of learning professionals; ensuring all training programs comply with FDA, state pharmacy boards, and USP standards; partnering with Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Operations to identify skill gaps and develop targeted solutions; overseeing design and delivery of blended learning programs; leading continuous improvement initiatives including learning kaizens and LMS projects; supporting leadership and professional development programs; developing and tracking KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and business impact; managing learning budgets; and traveling to sites as needed.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree; Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification; 10+ years of progressive learning and development experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams across multiple locations; proven experience developing learning strategies that drive measurable business results in regulated environments; experience leading learning initiatives in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution/fulfillment operations; demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards; strong business acumen; change management and stakeholder management capabilities; and superior communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience in 503a or 503b compounding pharmacy environments, knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards, experience leading learning initiatives during rapid growth or facility launches, proficiency with enterprise LMS platforms, background in Lean or Six Sigma, proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Google Suite), and experience designing leadership development programs.
