Salary: GBP 50,000 - 65,000 / annual

Zen Educate is a fast-growing EdTech marketplace that connects UK schools with vetted teachers and support staff, disrupting the £2 billion temporary staffing market. The company has saved schools over £30 million since 2017 and recently closed a $37m Series B, the largest EdTech round in Europe last year. They are now scaling rapidly in the UK and US. You will join as Regional Lead for Sunderland, owning the commercial success of Zen's operations in the region. This is a key leadership position with significant autonomy and responsibility to shape the product and strategy for years to come. Key Responsibilities: - Own commercial output for secondary schools in Sunderland; set targets and execute strategies - Build and maintain relationships with school leaders and executive stakeholders (Executive School leaders, Trust CEOs) - Provide line management to Account Managers - Collaborate with team leaders across the business to design and execute effective marketing and new business campaigns - Increase efficiency of days booked and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders - Drive platform adoption and feature utilization Success will be measured by: YoY revenue growth, YoY active school growth, school retention rates, expansion into new markets, effectiveness of marketing campaigns, resourcing efficiency and candidate placement, and platform adoption metrics. The role is full-time, 5 days on-site in Sunderland. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year prior management experience with direct line management of 2+ people - Strong understanding of school pain points and demonstrated passion for solving education challenges - Commercial leadership or school leadership experience (preferably both) with proven success - History of rapid career growth and excitement about further development - Solution-oriented mindset, collaborative team player, understanding of cross-functional collaboration
