Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform and NYSE-traded public company, is expanding its international operations and seeking a Regional HR Manager to serve as the strategic People partner for UK Operations. This role combines local employment expertise with Hims' Operations People model to support a fast-growing business. You will partner closely with UK Operations leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and establish scalable People practices that enable the business to grow. Working alongside the existing UK People organization, you'll coach leaders through performance management, employee relations, and organizational change challenges. You'll identify operational and people risks early, helping leaders make timely decisions and solve problems before they escalate. Key responsibilities include: partnering with Operations leadership on organizational design and workforce planning; establishing practical, scalable People practices aligned with UK employment legislation; coaching leaders on complex employee relations and performance matters; using workforce data and business insight to influence staffing and organizational decisions; building strong cross-functional partnerships across Operations, UK People, Legal, and global Centers of Excellence; and continuously improving how the People function supports Operations through process simplification and scalable ways of working. You'll represent UK Operations within the broader People organization, influencing programs, policies, and priorities to support growth. Success requires equal parts strategic thinking and execution—one day coaching a leader through a complex issue, the next helping build organizational capability for new operational initiatives. Required qualifications: 7+ years progressive HR experience, including significant time supporting Operations, manufacturing, fulfillment, pharmacy, logistics, or similar fast-paced environments. Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and demonstrated experience navigating employee relations with sound judgment and practical, business-focused approach. Experience partnering with senior business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges in growing businesses. Proven ability to build or scale People practices and processes in rapidly evolving environments. Demonstrated influence, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong business acumen balancing employee experience, operational needs, and business priorities. Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience leading, developing, or mentoring HR professionals is preferred.
