Quizizz (operating as Wayground in K-12) is a global learning platform trusted by 75 million monthly active users across 150+ countries. In the U.S., 90% of schools use the platform. The company is a high-growth, profitable SaaS business backed by Tiger Global, GSV, and Nexus Venture Partners.
The Regional Field Marketing Manager, West will serve as the channel and field marketing engine for Wayground's regional go-to-market motion in the Western United States. This role owns the complete regional marketing execution, recognizing that K-12 buying is locally defined by policy, funding, leadership changes, and procurement realities. Rather than running national playbooks, this regional team executes localized motions that mirror the fragmentation of district-level decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
**Event & Calendar Management**: Plan, produce, and execute Wayground's presence at state conferences (CUE in California, PNW and Mountain state conferences), ESA gatherings, regional channel-partner events, and experimental events. Curate and host Wayground-led regional events such as superintendent roundtables and district leader briefings. Drive event ROI measurement including pipeline contribution, channel-partner relationship health, and sales conversion on event-sourced leads.
**Webinar & Digital Programs**: Own a regional webinar series covering concept, programming, production, and distribution. Translate centralized content into formats that resonate with district leaders, decision-makers, and procurement audiences. Coordinate with Lifecycle Marketing on email distribution, segmentation, and nurture workflows.
**Partnership Activation**: Build and maintain operational relationships with California county offices of education, PNW and Mountain-state ESA networks, state funding programs, CTE networks, state superintendent associations, and technology leadership networks. Run co-marketing initiatives with channel partners including joint events, content, and campaigns.
**Demand Generation & ABM**: Build regional account-based marketing programs, multi-pod brand activations around state-level moments, and coordinated channel-partner pushes. Equip sales pods with regional campaign playbooks and measurement frameworks.
**Measurement & Reporting**: Own channel attribution within the region to a standard comparable across other regions. Report weekly on activation pipeline, event performance, and channel-partner status. Surface insights back to central teams to drive continuous improvement.
You will report to the Lead, K-12 Marketing, West, and partner closely with regional Sales Managers, District Account Executives, the regional Enablement Manager, and central brand/content teams.
