Kyo is a leading provider of in-home, child-centric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, operating across 11 states and serving thousands of families. As Regional Director for the Denver region, you will oversee all operational and clinical facets of the region, driving both business growth and exceptional client outcomes.
Key responsibilities include implementing strategic operating plans for the region, recruiting and managing a high-performing BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) team, and ensuring clinical service quality and client satisfaction. You will manage billable productivity margins, meet quarterly revenue targets, and maintain client retention through effective balance and waitlist management. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, payers, and staff through effective communication, consulting on complex ABA cases, and resolving client grievances promptly.
You will coordinate across departments to address regional needs, represent Kyo within the local autism community, and serve as the driving force behind the region's reputation and expansion. The position requires in-person client visits and regular regional travel.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in the autism field (BCBA preferred) and operational/leadership experience in ABA (willingness to learn is valued). You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and be comfortable with frequent in-person client visits. Background checks (DOJ/FBI) and TB testing are required. The role involves standard office work plus regular driving between client locations and business meetings, with occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
Kyo offers an Autism Leadership Academy (ALA)—a comprehensive program providing specialized training in clinical and operational leadership, personalized mentorship, and collaborative peer opportunities nationwide for continuous professional growth.
