Salary: USD 240,000 - 280,000 / annual

The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive AI-powered test that provides 3D visualization of coronary arteries and blood flow assessment, helping clinicians diagnose coronary artery disease—the #1 cause of death worldwide. The solution is cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used for over 500,000 patients globally.
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) for the West Great Lakes region (Chicago, Milwaukee, Indianapolis) will lead and develop a team of Territory Account Managers (TAMs), driving adoption of HeartFlow's cardiac diagnostic technology across the region. This is a customer-facing leadership role with significant field presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, coaching, and developing TAM team members to execute against performance metrics and drive growth
- Working directly with key strategic hospital and health system accounts to develop and execute business development plans focused on cCTA and FFR_CT pathway adoption
- Spending substantial time in the field with the sales team and customers (cardiologists, internists, GPs, nurse practitioners, physician assistants managing CAD/ACS patients)
- Creating progressive outreach programs and clinical engagement initiatives (dinner programs, VIP visits, CT pathway roadshows, physician office meetings)
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Technical Sales, Marketing, Market Access, CT Applications, Product, Clinical)
- Building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and key clinical stakeholders
- Educating customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and clinical discussions
- Driving Heartflow usage growth, cCTA conversion rates, and FFR_CT penetration within assigned accounts
- Managing territory performance against quota and strategic account metrics
Required skills and experience:
- Proven sales management background with track record of sales achievement and quota attainment
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, performance-manage, and promote talent
- Strong account development experience, particularly building clinical programs in healthcare settings
- Territory management and sales planning expertise
- Clinical/technical proficiency with ability to quickly learn and communicate complex medical/technical information
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with focus on performance management and profitability
- Cross-functional collaboration and program coordination capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders (physicians, hospital administrators, internal teams)
