Salary: USD 240,000 - 280,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) pioneering AI-driven cardiac diagnostics. The flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive AI-powered test that provides 3D visualization of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact and identify stenoses. Cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, it has been used for over 500,000 patients worldwide. The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will lead and develop a Territory Account Manager (TAM) team across Texas and surrounding regions, driving adoption of HeartFlow's cardiovascular diagnostic technology. This is a customer-facing role requiring significant time in the field with direct sales teams and healthcare customers including cardiologists, internists, general practitioners, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants managing coronary artery disease (CAD) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients. Key responsibilities include: - Hiring, training, coaching, and developing TAM team members to execute critical behaviors and deliver growth results - Creating a culture of performance and accountability focused on transforming CAD diagnostic standards - Working directly with key strategic accounts to develop and execute business development plans - Driving adoption of the cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathway within assigned accounts - Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (TSM, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product, Clinical) - Organizing and staffing clinical programs including dinner events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and physician office meetings - Building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders - Educating customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions - Promoting HeartFlow and building physician advocacy - Meeting and exceeding quota for strategic accounts, driving cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration metrics Required skills include proven sales management and team leadership experience, territory management, performance management, relationship building, presentation skills, negotiation, and results-driven execution. Candidates must demonstrate ability to hire, develop, and promote talent; build strong clinical programs; quickly grasp and disseminate clinical/technical information; and develop relationships with key account stakeholders to broaden referrals and deepen adoption.
