Salary: USD 240,000 - 280,000 / annual

The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive AI-powered test that provides 3D visualization of coronary arteries and blood flow assessment, helping clinicians diagnose coronary artery disease—the #1 cause of death worldwide. The solution is cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used for over 500,000 patients globally. The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will lead and develop a team of Territory Account Managers (TAMs) across the Southeast region (Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston), driving adoption of HeartFlow's cardiac diagnostic pathway. This is a customer-facing leadership role with significant field presence. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, train, coach, and develop TAM team members to execute critical behaviors and deliver growth results - Partner directly with key strategic hospital and health system accounts to drive cCTA and FFR_CT adoption - Develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders, including clinical leadership and referring physicians - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Technical Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Clinical, Product Development) to support customer success - Create progressive outreach programs targeting ordering physicians (cardiologists, internists, general practitioners, nurse practitioners, physician assistants) - Organize and staff clinical engagement activities: dinner programs, VIP visits, CT pathway roadshows, referring physician office meetings - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and clinical discussions - Drive HeartFlow advocacy and champion adoption within assigned accounts - Achieve and exceed quota targets for strategic accounts, measured by cCTA conversion rates and FFR_CT case growth Required Skills & Experience: - Proven sales management background with track record of sales achievement and quota attainment - Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, performance-manage, and promote talent - Strong account development experience, particularly building and supporting clinical programs in healthcare settings - Clinical/technical proficiency: quick learner able to grasp and communicate complex clinical and technical information - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Territory management and sales planning expertise - Results-driven mindset with focus on performance management and profitability - Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate field and headquarters resources - Customer-facing orientation with comfort spending significant time with direct sales team and healthcare customers
