As Regional Activation Manager for the Northeast, you will own the planning and execution of regional brand activations, events, partnerships, and market-level initiatives that build brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and drive measurable business results. You'll translate national brand strategy into locally relevant, impactful experiences while maintaining consistent, high-quality execution across the Northeast region. Key responsibilities include: - End-to-end execution of regional activations: venue sourcing, vendor and staffing coordination, on-site logistics, and day-of management - Localizing national campaign concepts for Northeast audiences - Managing regional budget and ensuring ROI is measurable - Building and maintaining relationships with local partners, venues, and vendors - Serving as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders - Regional travel (50-60%) for on-site activation support The company operates with a cross-functional, customer-centric philosophy. Teams are organized around goals rather than departments. The culture emphasizes skepticism about assumptions, rapid hypothesis testing, and execution for impact rather than adherence to industry benchmarks. You'll work in a collaborative environment where ideas come from anywhere and the team is quick to adjust course based on customer feedback and data. You should have at least two years of relevant experience in brand activation, event marketing, or regional marketing execution. You're a builder and executor who thrives turning strategy into memorable on-the-ground experiences. You understand how to adapt national priorities to resonate with local communities and are a natural relationship builder comfortable owning regional P&L and managing ambiguity.
