As a Recruitment Sourcer, you'll be a key player in building Revolut's world-class team. You'll develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across financial services and tech sectors. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll build talent pipelines, conduct research, manage referral campaigns, and implement modern sourcing techniques.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and implementing sourcing strategies tailored to business needs
- Developing talent pipelines and executing tactical research and sourcing campaigns
- Finding and engaging both active and passive candidates through multiple channels
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts using data
- Managing candidate pools in the ATS and maintaining engagement
- Adopting and implementing modern recruiting methodologies
You'll need agency or in-house sourcing experience in financial services or tech, with a deep understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and global talent markets. You should be a results-driven communicator with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with data for strategic decisions, and the capacity to manage competing priorities. The role is based in Madrid with flexibility for remote work in Spain, Portugal, Romania, and Poland.
