The Recruiting Systems Administrator will own the day-to-day administration and optimization of Quince's talent acquisition technology stack. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping recruiting systems configured, connected, and running smoothly so recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams can move fast.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer and configure Greenhouse (ATS), ModernLoop (interview scheduling), and adjacent recruiting tools, including job templates, interview plans, scorecards, approval chains, and permissions.
- Manage user access, roles, and permission groups across the TA stack, ensuring appropriate access levels and timely offboarding.
- Build and maintain recruiting workflows and automations that reduce manual steps for recruiters and coordinators.
- Own data hygiene in the ATS through deduplication, field standardization, and routine audits to ensure reliable reporting.
- Support integrations between recruiting tools and downstream systems, partnering with Systems Engineers on troubleshooting data feeds.
- Serve as tier-one support for recruiter and coordinator system questions, triaging issues and escalating with clear context.
- Coordinate with vendors on support tickets, release management, feature rollouts, and configuration changes.
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and training materials to prevent knowledge silos.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate recruiting processes as the company scales hiring.
