Vitalize Care is building intelligent software that optimizes hospital operations, starting with labor management—the largest cost center (nearly 60% of hospital P&L). The company has raised $32M+ from top-tier investors and customers, and is mission-critical to hospital operations.
As Recruiting Operations Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of Vitalize's rapidly scaling Talent team. This is not a traditional coordinator role; you'll drive continuous improvement across the entire recruiting function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own interview operations company-wide, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional candidate experiences.
- Become the internal Ashby expert, building automations, workflows, interview plans, templates, dashboards, and reporting to scale recruiting operations.
- Identify and implement AI and technology solutions to eliminate manual work and improve quality.
- Partner with recruiters to build interview kits, standardize scorecards, and equip interviewers with decision-making tools.
- Maintain data quality across Ashby to ensure accurate reporting, candidate data, interview feedback, and recruiting metrics.
- Build recruiting dashboards tracking funnel conversion, hiring velocity, interviewer performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and implement new recruiting technologies.
- Own the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through Day One, coordinating with hiring managers, IT, Facilities, and People Operations.
- Create memorable candidate touchpoints throughout the interview process, ensuring positive impressions regardless of hiring outcome.
- Learn sourcing and talent identification, eventually becoming a proactive sourcing partner for high-priority searches.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you see friction and fix it, notice repetitive work and automate it, and constantly ask "there has to be a better way." The role requires 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations experience in a high-growth setting.
