Standard Template Labs is an AI-native seed-stage startup reimagining IT Service and Configuration Management. They're leveraging AI, graph-based architecture, and exceptional design to transform how enterprises manage their technology ecosystems. You'll own end-to-end recruiting operations and coordination, serving as the operational backbone of the hiring function. This is a high-ownership, full-cycle role where you'll manage interview scheduling and logistics across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels, ensuring everyone knows where to be and when. You'll maintain ATS hygiene in Ashby—keeping pipeline stages, scorecards, requisitions, and scheduling notes current and trustworthy. You'll track progress with outside staffing and search agencies, managing submissions, feedback loops, and timelines. You'll partner closely with internal recruiters on talent attraction, supporting sourcing, job postings, and candidate communications. You'll draft, update, and maintain job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers, keeping postings current across Ashby, LinkedIn, and the careers page. You'll organize and maintain recruiting files in Google Drive so the team can self-serve. You'll run recurring recruiting reports on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and scheduling SLAs to give leadership visibility. You'll coordinate recruiting events, onsite interview days, and candidate travel logistics. As an early-stage company, the role expands to whatever the recruiting function needs next. The role is based on-site in Midtown, Manhattan, alongside the founding team. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or similarly detail-heavy role (startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred) - Hands-on experience with Ashby or comparable ATS - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously without dropping details - Clear, professional written and verbal communication - Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort picking up new tools quickly BONUS: - Experience supporting technical or engineering recruiting - Exposure to sourcing or candidate outreach - Experience at companies under ~100 employees where you helped build the recruiting function
