As Recruiting Coordinator for the Europe region based in London, you will be the operational backbone of the recruiting function. Your responsibilities include coordinating high-volume phone, onsite, and video interviews with speed and efficiency; leveraging the Ashby applicant tracking system to automate tasks and enhance candidate experience; maintaining data accuracy and generating metrics to keep recruiters and hiring managers on track; managing candidate travel arrangements and expense claims; greeting candidates during onsite interviews; and taking on projects to improve workflow and office experiences. You'll work effectively under pressure while managing multiple simultaneous tasks, demonstrating operational excellence and a data-driven mindset. You'll coordinate schedules and communications with C-suite leadership, ensuring efficient collaboration. The role requires in-person presence in the London office Monday through Thursday. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience at scaling companies, strong organizational skills, high integrity and trustworthiness with candidate confidentiality, and proven ability to multitask and problem-solve. Ashby ATS experience and familiarity with in-office culture are valued.
