As Recruiting Coordinator, you will own the operational backbone of the company's recruiting function as it scales. This role goes beyond calendar management—you'll be responsible for keeping candidates moving through the pipeline, creating an exceptional experience at every touchpoint, and ensuring nothing gets dropped.
Key responsibilities include: end-to-end interview coordination across candidates, interviewers, executives, time zones, and formats; serving as a responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process; tracking interviews, feedback, and next steps to prevent stalls; anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts and logistical issues; maintaining accurate recruiting data in the ATS; identifying and eliminating operational friction through automation and process redesign; experimenting with AI tools to automate recruiting workflows; supporting recruiting programs including interviewer training, candidate events, and onboarding handoffs; and taking ownership of increasingly complex recruiting and People problems as you develop context.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, moves quickly, communicates clearly, and takes ownership proactively. You notice problems before they escalate and leave every process better than you found it. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or related functions.
