As a Recruiting Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be the operational backbone of Mistral's hiring process. You will coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across global teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers. You'll own candidate experience initiatives by managing feedback surveys, analyzing insights, and driving continuous improvements to the hiring process.
Key responsibilities include maintaining job postings, recruitment pipelines, and ATS data accuracy while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows. You will support employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns, hiring announcements, and recruitment content. You'll manage the employee referral program, ensuring timely follow-up, tracking, and recognition of referrals.
Beyond day-to-day coordination, you will identify and lead process improvements—documenting best practices, supporting tooling initiatives, and helping automate workflows. You'll collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners on talent operations projects that improve the efficiency and scalability of recruitment as the company grows.

**Requirements:**
- 4–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Ashby), and recruitment data
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach focused on process improvement
- Collaborative working style and ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and external partners
- Adaptability, ownership, and ability to work effectively in a changing environment
