Salary: USD 85,000 - 105,000 / annual

As Recruiting Coordinator, you will own the full recruiting operations function for a high-growth team. Your core responsibilities include: - End-to-end scheduling management: ensure candidates and interviewers are prepared and arrive on time - Candidate experience ownership: design and execute smooth, thoughtful onsite experiences that feel human and seamless - Communication hub: keep candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers aligned with no confusion or dropped handoffs - Process optimization: identify broken workflows, tighten recruiting processes, and continuously improve how the team operates - ATS management: maintain accurate Ashby records to provide real visibility into pipeline and hiring progress - Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with recruiters, founders, and hiring managers to unblock issues and maintain velocity - Ad hoc projects: support new hiring initiatives, operational improvements, and high-leverage work as priorities shift As you ramp, you'll naturally expand into broader strategic recruiting work. The role offers significant growth potential as an early team member building recruiting infrastructure from scratch. Listen Labs is product-led, entirely remote-friendly in culture, and built by talent from Google, Meta, Tesla, Amazon, Jane Street, Bain, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and founder-track backgrounds. Over 30% of the team are former founders. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or similar experience in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional attention to detail; you catch things others miss - Highly reliable and responsive; people trust you to follow through - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities without stress - Genuine care for candidate experience and seamless execution - Sound judgment with sensitive information - Warm, personable communication style; naturally easy to work with - Proactive problem-solver; you fix broken things without waiting for direction - Growth mindset; interested in expanding into broader ownership over time - Ashby experience is helpful but not required
