Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 / annual

The Recruiting Coordinator will join the People & Talent team and report directly to the People & Talent Lead. This role is central to attracting top talent to support Eudia's AI-powered legal innovation mission. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking progress in Greenhouse (ATS) - Owning and maintaining Greenhouse, including job postings, pipeline hygiene, candidate stages, and reporting accuracy - Serving as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a welcoming and professional hiring experience - Sourcing and engaging passive candidates on LinkedIn for select roles, particularly lower-complexity or higher-volume positions, using creative outreach strategies - Maintaining accurate data and reports to support hiring metrics, pipeline visibility, and process improvement - Assisting in organizing recruiting events, career fairs, and campus initiatives to build employer brand - Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment - Supporting onboarding logistics for new hires - Supporting ad hoc People & Talent projects as needed The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), with 2-3 years of recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Required skills include hands-on candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search, strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset, and proficiency in Greenhouse and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with AI, legal tech, or enterprise software is a plus. A passion for building inclusive teams and fostering positive candidate experience is essential.
