The company simplifies renter experiences (apartment tours, lease signing, maintenance requests) and healthcare operations (appointment scheduling, intake forms, patient communication), helping organizations reduce manual work and improve accessibility.
As Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire interview lifecycle. You'll own the candidate experience end-to-end, from initial outreach through offer and onboarding, ensuring every interaction reflects EliseAI's culture and values.
Key responsibilities include: scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel; reserving conference rooms and managing real-time schedule changes; maintaining data integrity in the ATS (Ashby); collecting timely feedback from interviewers; coordinating campus recruiting events, career fairs, and meetups; improving recruiting process documentation and job postings; and driving recruiting projects that impact company growth.
You'll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and leaders across the company to identify bottlenecks, scale interview workflows, and bring in exceptional talent. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
