As Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the operational engine behind Deepgram's interview loops across all functions—engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and G&A. You will schedule interview loops, manage candidate communications, coordinate logistics for onsite and virtual interviews, and maintain data integrity in the ATS. Your focus is making each candidate's experience fast, clear, and human while automating the busywork so the recruiting team can focus on people rather than calendars. Key responsibilities include: - Schedule interview loops within 2 business days of candidate advancement with 90%+ SLA attainment - Reduce average time-to-schedule by 25% through AI and automation - Maintain 98%+ accuracy in Ashby (ATS) across candidate stages, feedback, and dispositions - Achieve 90%+ interview feedback submission within 24 hours through proactive follow-up - Deliver seamless candidate experience across all interview formats and travel logistics - Identify recurring friction in hiring and recommend 2–3 actionable process improvements per quarter, with at least 1 implemented or piloted Deepgram operates with an AI-first mindset. All team members are expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, integrate them into daily workflows, and continuously push the boundaries of what these technologies can do. The company moves at the pace of AI, so change is rapid and day-to-day work evolves quickly. Requirements: - Ability to manage many moving pieces (calendars, time zones, stakeholders) and keep each one accurate - Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear, warm candidate communication that builds trust - AI-native mindset; design Human+AI workflows for coordination, not occasional AI use - Experience building templates, automations, or systems that remove recurring manual work - Commitment to ATS data hygiene and treating it as part of the job - Ability to prioritize shifting requests with your manager and flag conflicts early - Discretion with confidential candidate and interview information Preferred qualifications (not required): - Approximately 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or similar operations role, or equivalent demonstrated experience - Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS - Experience building an automation or AI-assisted workflow (e.g., Zapier, scripts, LLM prompts) that saved a team real time - Experience supporting technical or high-volume hiring at a fast-growing company
