Revolut is seeking a Recruiter to join its global Talent Programmes team, responsible for building the next generation of engineering, data, and product talent. This is a strategic, high-impact role within a fast-growing fintech company that has scaled from 20 to 150+ early-career hires in two years and is targeting 300+ placements.
You will own end-to-end recruitment for graduate and intern programmes globally, coordinating university outreach campaigns, managing candidate pipelines, and developing early talent hiring strategies. Key responsibilities include partnering with universities and student organizations, collaborating with Employer Branding on events and activations, managing candidate experience through interview processes, and leveraging data to optimize hiring outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Operations to execute Talent Programmes at scale, including global relocations.
Required qualifications: experience recruiting for graduate or intern roles in multinational tech, strategy consulting, or financial services; knowledge of campus hiring cycles and university engagement; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools; excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; fluency in English.
Nice-to-have skills include employer branding familiarity, exposure to multi-regional recruitment, and data fluency.
