You'll join the Talent Acquisition team as a full-cycle recruiter owning hiring for the Managed Services business, with dedicated focus on Payment Integrity and Managed Service Operations. This is a high-volume recruiting role requiring you to manage 3-4 open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include: managing the entire recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance; sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews; partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on prioritization; building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future needs; leveraging multiple channels (job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach); participating in recruiting events; and maintaining accurate records in the ATS (Kula, with experience in Greenhouse, Ashby, or Gem advantageous).
You'll work with both clinical and non-clinical positions spanning specialized areas like Appeals & Disputes and DRG review. The role requires balancing speed-to-hire against strict time-to-fill targets while building durable talent pipelines.
Ideal candidates bring 3-8 years of healthcare/healthtech recruiting experience, strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape, and 2+ years managing volume-based recruiting (5+ openings per role). You'll need strong sourcing skills, proficiency with modern ATS platforms, and experience with sourcing tools like Pin or Juicebox.
Alaffia operates from a flat organizational structure with direct leadership access. The NYC office (SoHo) requires 3-4 days/week onsite. The company offers competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision benefits, and flexible paid vacation.
