Everlaw is seeking a Recruiter II to lead go-to-market (GTM) talent acquisition from its new Midtown Manhattan office. As the first recruiter on the ground in New York, you will execute the company's regional hiring strategy across NYC, Washington D.C., and the UK, partnering closely with sales and GTM leadership to build diverse, high-performing pipelines that fuel expansion into key growth markets.
You will manage full-cycle recruiting for 6–10 active GTM requisitions spanning sales, business development, and customer success roles. Key responsibilities include designing tailored talent strategies with executives and hiring managers, building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines through targeted passive outreach and referral programs, developing compelling closing strategies and compensation recommendations, and leveraging recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and refine processes. You will also help establish regional best practices and deliver a candidate-first interview experience.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in the New York City office with a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home Tuesday and Friday.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of sourcing and closing GTM talent (in-house or agency)
- Experience building and executing proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates in competitive GTM functions and regional markets
- Ability to partner consultatively with hiring managers and business leaders to drive structured, equitable, and inclusive hiring decisions
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, solve hiring challenges, and optimize pipeline health
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring priorities independently with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and process control
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and familiarity with AI tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness
- Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available for this role)
