Salary: USD 98,000 - 130,000 / annual
Datadog is hiring a Recruiter II to own full-lifecycle recruiting for the General & Administrative function. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent across G&A roles including Finance, Legal, Operations, and People & HR positions.
Key responsibilities include: sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and agency partnerships; screening and qualifying candidates against role requirements; collaborating with hiring managers to design and streamline interview processes; conducting candidate interviews and negotiations; managing candidate experience throughout the funnel; training interview teams on best practices; and maintaining clean data in Greenhouse for reporting and pipeline visibility.
You will need 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at a staffing agency. The ideal candidate is a sourcing expert who can identify where top talent lives, work autonomously on multiple concurrent positions, excel at selling Datadog's value proposition, and navigate a fast-paced, evolving recruiting environment. You should be skilled at negotiation, closure, and ensuring every candidate—hired or not—has an excellent experience.
