Datadog is seeking a Recruiter II to drive talent acquisition and shape the company's growth trajectory. This hybrid role is based in Dublin or London and offers the opportunity to be the face of recruiting at Datadog, managing the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation. Key responsibilities include: - Full-lifecycle recruiting: sourcing qualified talent via job posts, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach - Candidate screening and qualification assessment against open roles - Collaboration with leadership to design and streamline interview processes - Candidate follow-up and closure management, ensuring excellent experience regardless of outcome - Compensation negotiation with qualified candidates - Process enhancement through interview team training - Greenhouse ATS management: tracking candidate progress, resurfacing talent, maintaining clean data for reporting You bring 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in either in-house or staffing agency environments. You are a sourcing expert who identifies where top talent lives, operates autonomously on multiple concurrent positions, and excels at selling value propositions and closing candidates. You navigate fast-paced, evolving processes with urgency and adaptability.
